我想查詢產品保養狀況。

請選擇 “Other”, 然後在 “Notes” 一欄中輸入相關產品型號, SN碼等資料。

我提交預約之後沒有任何消息 / 進展

請直接whatsapp或致電6602 0889跟進預約情況。

What do I need to do after I submit my appointment?

You will receive an email notification when the appointment is received. We will send another confirmation email after we approve your booking. Please follow the instructions in the email and bring the relevant items to our office. Please be patient until you receive the confirmation email, we may contact you based on the information you have submitted.

I want to check the product maintenance status.

請選擇 “RMA Services” > “Check Warranty Status”, 然後輸入相關產品型號, SN碼等資料。

I haven't received any updates after I submitted my appointment.

Is the information I submit secure?

All information you submitted is carefully protected by our server, and you can refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
